Privacy Policy – Super Warrior

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction
Super Warrior ("SW", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our") is developed by the Super Warrior development team. This Privacy Policy applies to the current version of the game that includes anonymous player authentication via Unity, global leaderboards, cloud saves, gameplay analytics, and optional direct contact for update notifications.

This version enables cross-platform leaderboards and persistent player progress, collects gameplay analytics to evaluate and improve the game, and offers an optional way for players to receive direct update notifications. It contains no in-app purchases and no advertisements at this time. All gameplay and data handling follow the features described below.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information to provide leaderboards, cloud saves, game evaluation, and (if you choose) direct update notifications:

A unique pseudonymous player identifier generated automatically by Unity Authentication Service using anonymous sign-in. This identifier does not require or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information, and is not linked to your real-world identity in any way. It exists solely to distinguish one player's saved progress and leaderboard entry from another's.

Leaderboard data: Scores and gameplay metrics you submit (for example, performance statistics).

Cloud Save data: Persistent player information such as game progress, settings, high scores, and customization data. The exact data fields are defined in the game implementation.

Gameplay analytics data: See Section 4 below.

Direct contact information (optional): At first Lobby entry, players are asked to submit a WhatsApp number or an email address, along with their in-game gamer tag. This is provided voluntarily and is used solely for the purpose stated at the point of collection: sending direct updates and patch notifications about the game. It is not used for analytics, advertising, or ad targeting.

No other personal contact information is collected unless explicitly added in future updates.

3. Direct Update Notifications
If you choose to submit a WhatsApp number or email address at first Lobby entry, we use this contact information exclusively to send you direct messages about game updates, patches, and new content. This is stated to you at the point of collection.

This contact information is linked to your gamer tag so we know who to reach, but is kept separate from your pseudonymous Unity Authentication identifier and is never combined with analytics event data.

Providing this information is optional. If you decline, you can still play the game normally — no gameplay feature is gated behind submitting contact information.

You can opt out of further messages, or request deletion of your submitted contact information, at any time by contacting mosolagamestudios@gmail.com or by using the in-game option (when implemented). Opting out stops future messages but does not delete messages already sent.

4. Information Collected Automatically
Unity Gaming Services collects the minimum operational data required for authentication, leaderboards, and cloud synchronization (such as authentication tokens and basic device/platform information).

We also use Unity Analytics to collect gameplay event data. This data is used exclusively for internal game evaluation purposes — identifying bugs, diagnosing crashes, and locating design or difficulty obstacles that get in the way of the game being as good as it can be. Examples of what is tracked include: whether the app was opened, whether a session started or ended, whether the player entered the character creator, and run-level statistics such as waves reached, kills, and run duration when a run ends (through quitting or dying).

This analytics data is tied only to the same anonymous, pseudonymous identifier described in Section 2 — never to your real name, email, or other personal information. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.

5. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:

Display your scores on global leaderboards visible to other players.

Sync your game progress and settings across devices and platforms via cloud saves.

Provide a persistent player experience.

Evaluate gameplay through analytics to find and fix bugs, and identify and remove obstacles that stand in the way of the game being the best it can be.

Send direct update and patch notifications, if you chose to provide contact information for this purpose.

6. Sharing of Information
We share player data with Unity Technologies, which provides the Authentication, Leaderboards, Cloud Save, and Analytics services. Unity processes this data under their Game Player and App User Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

Contact information submitted for direct update notifications (Section 3) is used by us directly for messaging and is not processed by Unity Gaming Services as part of that flow.

We do not sell your data or share it with other third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention
Local settings (volume, sensitivity) remain on your device.

Cloud data, leaderboard entries, and analytics data are stored on Unity servers until you request deletion or delete your player data through in-game options.

Contact information submitted for direct update notifications is retained until you opt out or request deletion.

Leaderboard scores may remain publicly visible unless we remove the specific entry upon request.

8. Children's Privacy
The game is intended for users 13 and older. Leaderboard scores are public. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 and comply with applicable child privacy laws.

9. Your Rights
Because we now collect data, you have rights regarding your information:

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your cloud data, leaderboard entries, and analytics data.

You can opt out of direct update notifications, or request deletion of the WhatsApp number/email address you submitted, at any time (see Section 3).

Use the in-game "Delete Account" or "Clear Progress" option (when implemented) to remove your data via Unity services.

Or contact us at mosolagamestudios@gmail.com. We will respond to valid requests promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy
This policy reflects the current features (anonymous authentication, leaderboards, cloud saves, analytics, and optional direct update notifications). When we add monetization or new data types in future updates, we will update this policy and notify you in-game.
